1. BOOKINGS 

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday parties, and spring and fall events. While we occasionally have last-minute availability, reserving your date several months in advance ensures the best selection of dates and menus.

2. Do you offer menu customization?

Absolutely! Every event is unique. We offer a variety of regional cuisines including Italian, Latin, Greek, Asian, BBQ, and American favorites. We’re happy to customize a menu to fit your vision, budget, and dietary needs.

3. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! We can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other special dietary options. Please let us know your guests’ needs during the planning process so we can create delicious alternatives.

4. What types of events do you cater?

We cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, employee appreciation lunches, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, graduation parties, retirement parties, family gatherings, and community events.

5. Do you provide staff for my event?

Yes. Depending on your event, we can provide professional buffet attendants, servers, and event staff to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your guests.

6. What is included with your catering service?

Our packages vary by event, but many include professional setup, buffet service, disposable dinnerware, serving utensils, buffet equipment, tables, linens, and cleanup of the buffet area. We’ll discuss exactly what’s included when preparing your custom proposal.

7. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Because we accept a limited number of events, your date is not secured until the deposit and signed agreement are received.

8. How many guests can you serve?

Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner for 10 guests or a large corporate event with several hundred attendees, we have the experience and equipment to provide exceptional service.

9. Do you travel outside Polk County?

Yes! We proudly serve the entire state of Florida.  Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.
